MANY MATERIALS CAN BE MACHINED
Thanks to our high precision machines, we are able to manufacture a wide range of micro parts made of different materials such as stainless steels, alloyed and unalloyed steels, titanium or non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, or bronze. Especially for the machining of carbide and ceramics, we have a high precision oil bath fine wire EDM machine with which we are able to shape parts according to customer requirements.
THE PROCESSES OF RETERO GMBH ARE MANIFOLD
If smallest wire diameters in the range of 0.02 mm to 0.10 mm or micro holes with carbide electrodes from D = 0.10 mm are required, it’s all about micro erosion. For this purpose, corresponding high-precision micro clamping devices or clamping devices that serve to fix the micro components must be manufactured.
Another popular and very precise technique is precision laser cutting. Materials with a thickness of 0.02 mm (e. g. foils) up to 3.0 mm (e. g. sheets) can be processed. We provide two CNC-controlled milling machines for the production of parts as well as clamping devices.
Another core competence of RETERO GmbH is the construction of stamping and bending tools – with more than 35 years of experience. We specialize in the area of prototype production and small batch production of 5.000 to 10.000 parts. Particularly when it comes to prototype construction, we cut and bend sample parts according to customer specifications. This enables a quick and easy reaction to potential contour changes. In addition, we also carry out surface treatments like micro-bead blasting or vibratory grinding.
