Our specialties

Wire EDM
The classic for high precision with complex contours. We use a continuously fed wire electrode to cut metallic materials with extreme precision, perfect for demanding individual parts or series.

Micro EDM
The premier class of electrical discharge machining and currently the most precise process in our industry. We use ultra-fine wires (Ø 0.02 mm) to cut complex contours into the hardest materials. Non-contact, burr-free and with micrometer tolerances.

Die Sinking EDM
For complex internal contours in hard materials. The electrode shapes the workpiece by means of controlled electrical discharges, achieving maximum precision and excellent surface finish.

EDM drilling (start-hole EDM)
Where conventional drilling is no longer possible, start-hole EDM begins. We use spark erosion to create the smallest, high-precision micro-holes.

Laser cutting
Reteros precision laser cutting is fast, non-contact and precise. Our laser cutting is ideal for intricate parts with the highest requirements for precision and detail.

3D milling
With our milling centers, we process metals three-dimensionally and achieving complex shapes even in hard milling applications. Precisely and with a perfect surface finish.

EDM grinding
The component is clamped on a high-speed rotary axis and continuously eroded during rotation.

Bending, punching
We use our tools to produce precision-fit parts, punched, bent, embossed and shaped with consistent quality and repeatability.
