Stamping Toolmaking & Bending Toolmaking

Stamping and bending toolmaking – the smart extension to your component manufacturing.
Efficient forming as part of a complete service offering.
Stamping and bending perfectly complement our core competencies and enable us to provide fully integrated manufacturing solutions from a single source. The processes are ideal for the further processing of laser-cut parts or components for subsequent production steps. For you, this means that all processing stages come from one source, reducing coordination effort and increasing overall efficiency.

We are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (medical device certification) by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems.
Advantages of Stamping & Bending at a glance
A well-rounded offer:
Your benefit: You benefit from a single-source manufacturing partner offering a broader range of production options.
Material versatility and efficiency:
Your benefit: A cost-effective solution for simple bent or stamped components.
Reduced coordination effort:
Your benefit: Easier project coordination, fewer interfaces, and shorter lead times.

What is Stamping and Bending?
Stamping and Bending are conventional sheet metal forming processes. In stamping, a tool is used to cut material out of a sheet to create the desired shape.
During bending, the sheet is plastically deformed to achieve a certain angle or contour.
Both processes rely on mechanical force and are highly efficient for the series production of parts with consistent geometries.

Questions and answers on punching and bending
In prototype construction for stamping tools, we design and manufacture individual tools that are used to produce initial samples or test versions of stamped parts. These prototypes are used to check and optimize the design before it goes into series production.
Thanks to our modern laser cutter, we can cut parts quickly and precisely. This enables us to meet short-term requirements and quickly produce prototypes or small batches.
Yes, we can make changes to the punching tools after prototype parts have been inspected and approved by the customer. This helps to avoid high initial and modification costs for tools that have already been manufactured.
We specialize in the production of small series of punching tools, with quantities of between 5,000 and 10,000 units possible.
We offer various surface treatments for punching tools, including vibratory grinding and micro-bead blasting, to improve the quality and durability of the tools.
Yes, we manufacture punching and bending tools that are designed so that they can be seamlessly integrated into our customers' existing production lines or processes.
Prototype production makes it possible to test and optimize the design and functionality of stamped parts before they go into series production. This reduces the risk of errors in mass production and helps to save costs.
